Sephiria Inventory Guide

Organize Sephiria's strategic inventory by protecting essential space, testing one arrangement, and recording version-sensitive Artifact and Tablet behavior.

Sephiria’s official description makes the inventory a strategic system: players collect and arrange Artifacts, then empower them with Tablets. The practical question is not simply how to fill every slot. It is how to keep the arrangement readable while the run changes. Reserve space for the interaction you are testing, leave an answer for movement or recovery, and record the version before trusting an old screenshot.

Reserve

Protect the core

Keep the squares required by the Artifact or Tablet interaction that defines the current build.

Observe

Check the display

Use the current interface to confirm that the effect, footprint, and activation are visible.

Recover

Leave an exit

A tight arrangement should not remove the movement option needed after a missed attack.

Record

Save the context

Write the weapon, chapter, mode, platform, and version beside the layout.

Build a layout around a job

Begin with the weapon or room problem. A layout intended to support repeated ranged attacks has a different practical shape from one intended to make close-range actions safer. The Builds hub can supply the job sentence; the Artifacts and Tablets hubs explain the components. Do not choose a shape only because a community screenshot looks dense or rare.

Mark three kinds of space: essential, replaceable, and open. Essential space is required for the current test. Replaceable space can accept a better fit if the run offers one. Open space is a deliberate margin for a reward, a correction, or a safer fallback. A run that uses all space can still be valid, but it should say why the risk is acceptable.

Test one arrangement

Take a screenshot before placing the item, then perform the same action after placement. Use a familiar room or practice moment and keep the weapon and mode stable. Watch for the visible effect, the ease of activation, and the cost in movement. If the result is unclear, do not fill the gap with a number. Record the uncertainty and repeat after checking the current update.

When comparing two layouts, change one property at a time. Moving an Artifact and changing the Tablet together creates a result that is difficult to attribute. A small comparison may feel slower, but it gives the player a reason to keep or remove a piece and gives the editor a precise retest after a patch.

Repair a crowded bag

If the inventory is full, identify the job of every piece before deleting one. Remove an untested option before removing the only item that supplies survival, movement, or the main action. If two items perform similar jobs, keep the one with the clearer activation or the larger fallback margin. The current game should confirm exact shapes and effects; this page provides the decision order.

Do not rebuild the whole layout after one bad room. First ask whether the failure came from placement, execution, or an encounter that the layout was not designed to answer. If the layout works in a normal room but fails against a boss, keep the general route and add a boss-specific test instead of calling the inventory universally wrong.

Version and evidence labels

The store page is first-party evidence for the Artifact-and-Tablet concept. A Steam Community screenshot is a useful lead but may reflect Early Access or a different platform state. Label a layout as official scope, current in-game observation, community lead, or pending retest. Preserve the date and product AppID so the base game is not mixed with the separate demo.

Evidence: official Steam listing supports the strategic inventory scope. Exact shapes, names, values, and unlock rules require a current in-game check.

Before a difficult reward choice, pause and read the current layout from left to right. Ask which piece is doing the job, which space is only being held for a future idea, and which move remains available when the next room becomes crowded. This small scan prevents a rare-looking reward from quietly replacing the support that made the run stable.

If a player publishes a layout, include the reason for each reserved region. A visual arrangement without a decision note is hard to learn from and easy to copy into the wrong weapon or mode. The best layout record explains the intended action, the safe fallback, the version, and the condition that would make the arrangement obsolete.
